We want to rehab and train the shoulder with a comprehensive approach by first restoring movement to the surrounding areas, and then applying a strategic progressive load to all the muscles and structure supporting the joint.

This program was designed to bridge the gap
between injury rehab, preventative exercise, and performance training
We begin Phase 1 by exploring, restoring, and learning to control movement at the ribcage, shoulder blade, and then shoulder joint.
In Phases 2 & 3 we initiate a comprehensive strength regimen by targeting all the muscles influencing the shoulder. The movements progress systematically through the remainder of the program, allowing you build on your progress while still scaling the training to meet your current capability.
In Phase 4 we will not only continue progressing comprehensive strength and mobility, but we will also start training the shoulder to produce and absorb higher velocity forces. This final phase of the program will ensure your shoulders are ready to handle whatever you want to throw their way in work, gym, life and adventure.
This program is meant to challenge you. We will progressively push your limits of range of motion and stability control with in numerous positions and movements to ensure your entire shoulder region is adequately trained.

In this program, I combine my 15-year clinical background with strength and conditioning principles, to bring you the most comprehensive shoulder strengthening and mobility program on the market.

ACCESS

TIME COMMITTMENT
- There are 3 training sessions/week, each consisting of 5-6 exercises. The sessions should take you 20-30 minutes to complete
