12-Week Warfighter Mobility & Stability Program
This is a program that I wrote specifically with military and first responders in mind.
Over the course of 12 weeks you will target mobility and stability work to the spine, hips, and feet/ankles.
There are 5 sessions/week that will take you about 15 minutes to complete. This can be done as a warm-up, cool down, or separate training session.
My ultimate goal for this program was to help you become more durable, less injury prone, and decrease aches and pains that can come with the job demands.

Our goal was to create a program that would help you ease back into the weight room after a training hiatus.
It blends preventative rehab exercises with functional movement pattern progressions to get you back under the barbell safely.
